The Kyvos thermal storage system captures both the heat and the cold produced from the Power Cube, which can then be used at a later time. Each compact Kyvos thermal storage cube, measuring 24”x24”x24”, holds 50 gallons of water. These cubes are expertly insulated to preserve the heat and cold generated by both the condensing and evaporator components of the Power Cube.

Capable of holding up to 25 kWh of thermal energy, these storage cubes are adept at maintaining both hot water and ice. The primary benefit of Kyvos’ thermal storage lies in its ability to store energy during off-peak hours, reducing the burden on the power grid when this stored energy is used.
